PART I
PRELIMINARY
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Patents Regulations.
Title
2. In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires-
Interpretation
"agent" means a patent agent registered as such in terms of section
sixty-eight, and includes a legal practitioner;
"Office" means the Patent Office;
"section" means a section of the Act;
"Court" means the High Court
