SECTION 33-THE TRADE MARKS (ApPEALS) RULES

1. These Rules may be cited as the Trade Marks (Appeals)
Rules.

2. Subject to any specific provisions of the Act, the High Court
(Appeals) (General) Rules, 1984, shall apply to any appeal to the
High Court brought pursuant to the provisions of the Act.
