be paid in connection with the registration of patent agents;
(e)	 the conduct of the business of the Patent Office;

if)	 other fees payable under this Act, and fees which may be
charged in relation to the conduct of patent business by
patent agents and legal practitioners performing the func­
tions of patent agents;
(g)	 authorising the publication and the sale of copies of speci­

fications, drawings and other documents in the Patent
Office, and of indexes to and abridgements of such docu­
ments;
(h)	 the professional conduct of patent agents.

Application of
Act

97. Save as is otherwise provided in this Act, the provisions of
this Act shall, so far as they are applicable, apply in relation to­
(a)	 any patent granted or registered under the Registration of

United Kingdom Patents Act, Chapter 205.of the 1957
Edition of the Laws, or the Patents (Southern Rhodesia)
Act, Chapter 208 of the 1948 Edition of the Laws (here­
inafter in this section referred to as "such legislation"); and
(b)	 any application in respect of a patent made under such leg­

islation:
Provided that a patent referred to in this section shall not be liable
to revocation except upon some ground upon which it would have
been liable to revocation in terms of such legislation.
