Effects of Invalidation
II The decision declaring the invalidation of
registration of a trademark shall be effective as
of the date of such registration. The Office
shall publish the invalidation of the r~gistration
in an intellectual property gazette or a
newspaperhaving nationwide circulation.

requestand upon notice to the parties.concerned and
upon such terms as it may direct, extend the time

The competent court shall order prompt and
effective provisional measuresto:
a)
prevent an infringement of a right from
occurring, in particular to prevent the entry
into the channels of commerce of import
and export goods after completing customs
formalities; or
b) preserve relevant evidence in regard to an
alleged infringement of a right,
