The Patents (Amendment) Regulations, 1990
I~ EXERCISE of-the.powers contained in section ninety-six of
thePaten.ts Act, the followingRegulations are hereby made :
1. . These Regulations maybe cited as the Patents (Amend
ment) Regulations, 1990, and shall be read as one with the
