The Trade Marks Act
(Laws, Volume XIV, Cap. 693)
The Trade Marks (Amendment) Regulations, 1990
IN EXERCISE of the powers contained in section eighty-one
of the Trade Marks Act, the following Regulations are hereby
made:
1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Trade Marks

(Amendment) Regulations, 1990, and shall be read as one with
the Trade Marks Regulations in these Regulations referred
to as the principal Regulations.

(2) These Regulations shall only apply to business conducted
after the publication of these Regulations.
2. The principal Regulations are amended by the deletion
of the First Schedule and the substitution therefor of the
Schedule contained in the Appendix to these Regulations.
