Ministerial Order No. 188/2006
of December 13, 2006
Decree No. 04/2006 of April 12, 2006 approved the Industrial Property
Code which establishes the legal regime applicable to the system for
protecting industrial property in Mozambique.
In view of the need to approve and update the amounts of the fees to be
paid for the services provided by the Industrial Property Institute,
pursuant to Article 204 of the Industrial Property Code, the Minister
for Industry and Commerce and the Minister for Finance hereby order
as follows:
Article 1. The amounts of the fees set out in the table appended to this
Ministerial Order are hereby approved.
Article 2. This Ministerial Order shall enter into force sixty days after
its publication.
