Notes:
1. A foreign fee is payable if the person paying the fee or on whose
behalf the fee is being paid does not reside in Kenya and does not
have a principal place of business in Kenya.
2. A series of trade marks under section 24 (3) of the Act shall be
deemed to be a single trade mark for the purpose of calculating
fees, except where otherwise indicated.
