Submission of Documents in Electronic Form
Submission of
121. A document submitted to the Registrar in electronic form shall be
electronic documents. deemed to have been submitted in accordance with these Rules on the day the
L.N. 146/2003.
electronic form is submitted if, within thirty days after that submission, the
document is submitted to the Registrar in paper form in accordance with these
Rules together with any applicable fee required under these Rules.
