The recording,
by
any
organisation
for
the
broadcasting
I
purpose of its own broadcasts and by
means of its own facilities, ill one or
several copies, of any work. which it is
authorized to broadcast. All copies of
such
recording
shall
be
destroyed
within six months or any longer period
agreed to by the author.
(10)
Where a recording made
under subsection (9) has an exceptional
documentary character, a copy of it may
be
preserved
in
official
archives,
without the prejudice to the application
of the provisions of this Act.
Temporary
reproduction
13.
Notwithstanding
the
provisions of section 9, the temporary
reproduction
of a
work
permitted if all of the
