Chairman from amongst its members.
The Vice-chairman shall, subject to
subparagraph (3), hold office for the
duration of his membership
in the
Board.
The office of the Vice-
(3)
Chairman shall become vacant(a) if the holder resigns
his
office by notice in writing to
the Society; or
(b) if the holder of the office
ceases to be a member of the
Board; or
(c)
(4)
if the Board so determines.
Whenever the Chairman is
absent or is for any reason unable to
discharge the functions of his office, the
Vice-Chairman
shall
discharge
the
functions of the Chairman.
