The Computer and Cybercrimes Bill, 2016
PART IV (Clause 31-39) This Part provides for International cooperation
and contains provisions relating to trans-boarder and international
cooperation.
PART V (Clause 40-44) Contains the general provisions including territorial
jurisdiction, forfeiture, consequential amendments and the power to make
regulations.
The Bill does not contain provisions limiting rights and fundamental
freedoms and it is not a Bill concerning counties within the meaning of
Article 110 of the Constitution.
The enactment of this Bill shall not occasion additional expenditure of public
funds.
