such artefacts or subject matters as

community, from where, in fact, they
have not been derived, shall
be
punishable by a fine not exceeding five
million shillings or to imprisonment for
a term not exceeding three years.

Any person who publicly
uses, in any direct or indirect manner
expressions
of folklore wilfully
distorting the same in a way prejudicial
to
the cultural interests of
community

concerned, shall be
punishable by a fine of not exceeding

million
shillings or
