ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia.
Enactment
1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Trade :Marks (Amend
ment) Act, 1980, and shall be read as one with the Trade Marks
Act, hereinafter referred to as tho principal Act.

(1) by the deletion of the definition of "Tribunal".
