In the case of ail anonymous
or pseudonymous work. subject to the
provisions in the second sentence of
Subsection (5), the publisher whose
name appears on the work shall. in the

absence of proof to the contrary
presumed to represent the author and, in
this capacity,
to
shall be entitled

exercise and enforce the moral and
economic rights of the author.
This
presumption shall cease to apply when
the author reveals his identity.

The rights referred to in
section 9 to II
shall be
inherited
according to the general rules of the law
of succession.
16.- (1) The rights referred to in Assignment of
section 9 shall be assignable in the author's rights
whole or in part.
