audio-visual in, or adapted for, the
audio-visual work shall be assimilated to
the co-author of the audio-visual work.

The conclusion of a contract
under which the co-author
of an
individual work undertakes to make
contribution to, or under which the
authors of pre-existing works authorize
their works
to be included in, or
adopted for, an audio-visual work shall,
unless provided otherwise in the said
contracts, imply a presumption of the
assignment, to the producer of the
audio-visual work, of the economic
rights in their contributions.
The co-
authors shall however, maintain their
economic rights in their contributions or
pre-existing works, respectively, to the
extent that those
contributions or pre-
existing works can be subject of acts
