4. Forms.
The forms contained in the Second Schedule to these Regulations shall
be used in all cases to which they are applicable, but may be modified or
amended to the extent necessary in the circumstances of a particular
case.
5. Size of documents.
Subject to any directions that may be given by the registrar, any
application, notice, counterstatement, paper having representations
affixed, or other document authorised or required by the Act or these
Regulations to be made, left or sent to the registrar or to the court shall
be on foolscap paper of a size approximately thirteen inches by eight
inches, and shall have on the left-hand part of the document a margin of
not less than one and one-half inches.
6. Signature of documents by partnerships, companies and
associations.
(1) A document purporting to be signed for or on behalf of a
partnership shall contain the names of all the partners in full and shall be
signed by all the partners or by any qualified partner stating that he or
she signs on behalf of the partnership, or by any other person who
satisfies the registrar that he or she is authorised to sign the document.
(2) A document purporting to be signed for or on behalf of a body
corporate shall be signed by a director or by the secretary or other
principal officer of the body corporate, or by any other person who
satisfies the registrar that he or she is authorised to sign the document.
(3) A document purporting to be signed for or on behalf of an
association of persons may be signed by any person who is duly
authorised for the purpose.
7.
Service of documents.
(1) An application, notice, statement, paper having representations
affixed or other document authorised or required by the Act or these
Regulations to be made, left or sent to the office of the registrar or the
court or any other person may be sent through the post by a prepaid or
official paid letter.
