(2) The registrar shall cause the search to be made and the person
making the request to be informed of the result of the search.
90. Appeals to the court.
Where a person intends to appeal to court, the appeal shall be made by
motion in the usual way, and no such appeal shall be entertained unless
notice of the motion is given within sixty days from the date of the
decision appealed against or within such further time as the registrar
shall allow.
91. Applications to the court.
Every application to the court under the Act shall be served on the
registrar.
92. Order of the court.
(1) Where an order has been made by the court in any case under
the Act, the person in whose favour the order is made, or such one of
them, if more than one, as the registrar may direct, shall immediately
leave at the office an office copy of the order, together with Form TM 46
if required.
(2) Where the order of the court requires a rectification or alteration
of the register, the registrar shall give effect to the order.
(3) Where an order is made by the court under the Act, the registrar
may, if he or she thinks that the order should be made public, publish it
in the Gazette.
93. Revocation of S.I. 217-1 and S.I No. 58 of 2005.
The Trademarks Rules S.I 217-1 and the Trademarks Fees (Amendment)
Rules 2005 are revoked.
