(b) AMENDMENT OF PENAL CODE ACT NUMBER 30 OF 51. 2012 Construction Act No. 30 of 2012 (1) This Part shall be read as one with the Penal Code Act Number 30 of Amendment Section 62 Penal Code 52. 2012 hereinafter referred to as the “principal Act” (2) The principal Act is amended in Section 62 by deleting Sub-section 2 of the said Section. ___________________________________
