"photographic work" means(a) a recording of light o r other radiation on a
medium on which an image is produced or
f rom which an image may be produced,
irrespective of the tec hnique (chemical,
electronic o r other) by which the recording
i.s.made; or
(b) a still picture extracted from an audiovisual
work which is considered to be a part of the
work . concerned;
"producer" in relation to an audiovisual work o r a
und ri!bdrding, means the individual or legal entity
