2.76 Telecommunications / ICT universal service:
the framework of the sector-based policy is provided by providing, everywhere in Ivory Coast, the
telecommunications / ICT access to everybody

2.77 Servitudes: Obligation that bind private properties to the benefit of the public or private
domain for the purpose of public interest.
2.78 Radio station: set of transmitter and receiver, including accessory devices, essential to
provide radio communication services at a given place.
2.79 Telecommunications: transmission or reception of information of any kind (texts,
sounds, pictures, signals or signals) through electromagnetic means on metal, optical, radio gold
