83. In any suit pending before the court, the Society
may be represented in court at any stage of the
proceedings by any officer or other employee of the
Society duly authorised in writing by the Society in that
behalf.
84. No officer or employee of the Society or a person
acting on the direction of the Society shall be liable in
respect of a matter or thing done by him or her in good
faith for the purposes of this Act.

85. ( 1 ) Subject to section 86, a person who wishes to
use or perform the work of any of the members of the
SOciety or cause the work to be performed in public for
gain shall apply to the Society for permission to do so.
(2) The application for permission shall be in such form
as may be prescribed by the Society.

86. ( 1 ) The Society shall charge such fees in respect of
granting a permission as it may, from time to time,
determine.
(2) A permission granted under subsection (1) shall be
