7 1 . No action . suit prosecution or proceedings s hall be
brought or instituted against a member of the Society
Board personally in respect of any thing done or omitted
to b e done in pursuance, execution or intended
execution of this Act.
Allowances to
members
72. Members of the Society Board and persons co
opted to the SOCiety Board s hall b e paid such
allowances as the General Ass embly of the Society may
approve.

Assembly of
the Society
73. (1) There shall be a General Assembly of the
Society . w hich shall consist of all the registered
members of the SOCiety .
(2) The General Assemb ly shall
(a) determine the qualificati on for membership
of the Society;
(b) receive and approve the report on the. yearly
activities and the audited accounts of the
Society ; and
(c) make recomm endations relating to the
objects of the Society to the Society Board
and Secretary of State, as it d eems
necessary .
