a work in contravention of a prescription made under
subsection ( 1 ) commits an offence and is liable on
conviction to a fine not exceeding one hundred
thousand dalasis or imprisonment for a term not
exceeding three years or to both the fine and
imprisonment.
(3) A person who, without the permission of the Centre
(a) imports into The Gambia; or
(b) has in his or her possession,
an anti-piracy device prescribed under subsection ( 1 ) or
any machine, instrument or other thing intended for use
in the production of an anti-piracy device, commits an
offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not
exceeding five hundred thousand dalasis or
imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to
both the fine and imprisonment.

60 ( 1 ) As from the commencement of this Act, no person
shall act as a producer, publisher or distributor unless
