(a) the application number;
(b) the name and address of the applicant;
(c) the name and address of the inventor unless he or she has
indicated that he wishes not to be named in the application
under section 20 of the Act;
(d) the name and address of the agent, if any;
(e) the filing date of the application;
(f)

if priority is claimed, the priority date and the name of the state
in which or for which the earlier application was filed;

(g) the symbol of the international patent classification;
(h) the title of the invention;
(i)

the abstract;

(j)

if applicable the international non-proprietary name of the
product;

23. International type search.
(1) Within thirty days after receiving a report on an international
type search, the registrar shall send a copy of the report to the applicant.
(2) The time limit, referred to in section 30(3) of the Act, for the
applicant to furnish a requested copy of a document, is ninety days after
the date of the request.
(3) Where applicant does not furnish a copy of the document cited
in the report, the applicant shall inform the registrar within ninety days
from the date of the request to furnish a copy of the document.
(4) Where the registrar rejects an application under section 30(2),
(3), (4) or (5) of the Act, the registrar shall, within thirty days after doing
so, notify the applicant of the rejection.
