The Instruments Amending the Constitution and
Convention of the International Telecommunication
Union adopted by the Plenipotentiary Conference of
the Union held at Kyoto on the 14th day of October
1994, at Minneapolis on the 6th day of November 1998,
at Marrakech on the 18th day of October 2002, at
Antalya on the 24th day of November 2006 and at
Guadalajara on the 22nd day of October 2010 are
hereby ratified.

3. Power of the Ministry of Communication and
Information Technology
የመገናኛና ኢንፎርሜሽን ቴክኖሎጂ ሚኒስቴር
የተሻሻሉት የዓለም አቀፍ የቴሌኮሚውኒኬሽን
ህብረት ኮንስቲትዩሽን እና ኮንቬንሽን በሥራ ላይ
እንዲውሉ የማድረግ ሥልጣን በዚህ አዋጅ
ተሰጥቶታል፡፡
The Ministry of Communication and Information
Technology is hereby empowered to undertake all
acts necessary for the implementation of the
amended Constitution and Convention of the
International Telecommunication Union.

4. አዋጁ የሚፀናበት ጊዜ
ይህ አዋጅ በፌዴራል ነጋሪት ጋዜጣ ታትሞ

4. Effective Date
This Proclamation shall come into force on the
date of publication in the Federal Negarit
Gazeta.
