Article 31º
Canceling of authorization
1. Any authorization granted in compliance with Article 30 may be canceled,
at any time, upon decision of the Department of Telecommunications, and no
claims for compensation shall be considered.
2. The Telecommunications Authority shall decide what to do with material
deriving from telecommunication systems that had their authorizations
cancelled or which are no longer valid.
Article 32º
Telecommunication experts
In order to ensure compliance with the technical and regulatory
provisions governing private telecommunication networks, the regulations set
forth the cases and conditions requiring technical expertise from
telecommunications experts, who shall be registered at the Department of
Telecommunications.

Article 33º
Frequency Spectrum Management
1. It is incumbent on the Government, represented by the Regulatory
Agency, to manage the radio electric frequency spectrum in a centralized
manner, exercising full control over its use, in compliance with internationally
agreed principles and norms.
2. The Government may determine the interruption, for a specific period of
time, of the operations in radio electric stations, if this is deemed necessary to
protect the high interests of the State.
