Act 2 of 2000
2. The Broadcasting and Telecommunication Act, 2000 is
amended by inserting aft(:rs~ction 11 in Part II the following
section:

of a broadcasting service or a telecommunication
service within or from an International Trade.

(2) The provisions of this Part shall apply to
a licence referred to in subsection (1) as ifthere
were substituted (a)
in sections 3, 4,5,6 and 8(1), for
the words "Licences Act" the
words "International Trade Zone
Act";
(b)
for subsection (4)of section 8, the
following subsection.:
'~(4) A licensee~ggrieved by"
a suspension or revocation ofthe
licence
may make written
representations under section 7
of the International Trade Zone
Act, and section 7(3), ({ and (5)
of that Act shall,
mutatis
mutandis, apply to the written
representations.";
and

in sections 7, 8, 10 and 11, for the
words "Licensing Authority" the
words "Seychelles International
BusinessAuthority" .
