Where a broadcasting service licensee is
aggrieved by the decision of the Authority, it
may submit its grievance to the Board within
14 days from the date of receipt of the
decision. The Board shall give its decision
within 30 days from submission of the
grievance.
Where the Authority confirms the existence of
force majeure which hindered a broadcasting
service licensee from commencing transmission within the period referred to in subarticle 1(a) of this Article, It may allow
additional time, not exceeding six months, for
commencement of the transmission.

of any program to be transmitted shall be
ascertained.
