section (2) by the deletion in paragraph (b) of" Tribunal .. and
the substitution therefor of "High Court".

(6) An appeal under this section shall be heard
in accordance with the provisions of Part XI.; .

"Tribunal" wherever it occurs and the substitution
therefor of " High Court".
