LVthe subject of a representation (other than one appearing WRthe Authority WRbe
frivolous) made to the Authority by or on behalf of a person appealing, WRthe Authority,
to have an interest in the matter.
(2) Subsection (1) shall not apply to any matter which relates to a telecommunication
service nor requiring a licence under this Act.
Appeal
(1) Any person who is aggrieved by a decision of the Authority given under this Act
Nay appeal, against that decision, to the High Court.
(2) The procedures laid down in the High Court Rules shall apply in respect of any appeal
made under this section.
Savings
Any equipment which, immediately before the coming into operation of this Act, has
been approved for use in Botswana by the Botswana Telecommunications Corporation shall
be deemed to have been type approved under thisAct.
