98. Compensation.
Where a person is convicted under this Act, the court shall in addition
to the punishment provided therein, order such person to pay by way
of compensation to the aggrieved party, such sum as is in the opinion
of the court just, having regard to the loss suffered by the aggrieved
party; and such order shall be a decree under the provisions of the
Civil Procedure Act, and shall be executed in the manner provided
under that Act.

99. Power of Minister to amend the Schedule.
The Minister may, with the approval of Cabinet, by statutory
instrument, amend the Schedule to this Act.
100. Savings and transitional provisions.
(1) A certification service provider that has been carrying on or
operating as a certification service provider before the
commencement of this Act shall, not later than three months from the
commencement, obtain a licence under this Act.

(2) Where a certification service provider referred to in
subsection (1) fails to obtain a licence after the period prescribed in
subsection (1), it shall be taken to be an unlicensed certification
service provider and the provisions of this Act shall apply to it and a
certificate issued by it accordingly.

(3) Where a certification service provider referred to in
subsection (1) has obtained a licence in accordance with this Act
within the period prescribed in subsection (1), all certificates issued
by that certification service provider before the commencement of
this Act, to the extent that they are not inconsistent with this Act, shall
be taken to have been issued under this Act and shall have effect
accordingly.
