ለማጽደቅ የወጣ አዋጅ
A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE INSTRUMENTS
AMENDING THE CONSTITUTION AND CONVENTION
OF THE INTERNATIONAL TELECOMMUNICATION
UNION
የዓለም አቀፍ የቴሌኮሚውኒኬሽን ሕብረት
የተወካዮች ኮንፈረንስ እ.ኤ.አ. ኦክቶበር 04 ቀን 09)(4
በኪዮቶ፣ እ.ኤ.አ. ኖቬምበር 6 ቀን 09)(8 በሚኒያ
ፖሊስ፣ እ.ኤ.አ. ኦክቶበር 08 ቀን 2ሺ2 በማራኬሽ፣
እ.ኤ.አ. ኖቬምበር !4 ቀን 2ሺ6 በአንታሊያ እንዲሁም
እ.ኤ.አ. ኦክቶበር !2 ቀን 2ሺ0 በጉዋ ዳላጃራ ባደረ
ጋቸው ስብሰባዎች በህብረቱ ኮንስቲትዩሽን እና
ኮንቬንሽን ላይ የተደረጉ ማሻሻያዎችን የተቀበላቸው
በመሆኑ፤
WHEREAS, the Plenipotentiary Conference of
the International Telecommunication Union has
adopted the instruments amending the Constitution
and Convention of the Union at its sessions held at
Kyoto on the 14th day of October 1994, at
Minneapolis on the 6th day of November 1998, at
Marrakech on the 18th day of October 2002, at
Antalya on the 24th day of November 2006 and at
Guadalajara on the 22nd day of October 2010;
እነዚህን ማሻሻያዎች የኢትዮጵያ ፌዴራላዊ
ዲሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ የሕዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት
ኅዳር 7 ቀን 2ሺ4 ዓ.ም ባካሄደው ስብሰባ ያጸደቃቸው
በመሆኑ፤
በኢትዮጵያ ፌዴራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ
ሕገ መንግሥት አንቀጽ $5 ንዑስ አንቀጽ /1/ እና /02/
መሠረት የሚከተለው ታውጇል፡፡

አጭር ርዕስ
ይህ አዋጅ “በዓለም አቀፍ የቴሌኮሚውኒኬሽን
ህብረት ኮንስቲትዩሽን እና ኮንቬንሽን ላይ
የተደረጉ ማሻሻያዎች ማጽደቂያ አዋጅ ቁጥር
7)!2/2ሺ4” ተብሎ ሊጠቀስ ይችላል፡፡

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’
Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic
of Ethiopia has ratified said amendments at its
session held on the 17th day of November, 2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with
sub-article (1) and (12)
of Article 55 of the
Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of
Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
1.
Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the "Instruments
Amending the Constitution and Convention of the
International Telecommunication Union Ratification
Proclamation No. 722/2011".
