Sanctions
26.
(1)
If the Authority is satisfied that the licensee has failed to comply with
any requirement of the Act, these Rules or the licence conditions, the Authority may
impose a fine or direct the licensee to broadcast a correction or an apology or both.
(2)
The amount of any financial penalty imposed pursuant to subrule(1),
shall be determined by the Authority.
Repeal
27.
The Lesotho Telecommunications Authority (Broadcasting) Rules 2002 are
repealed
