(a) the creation or execution of a will;

(b) the execution of negotiable instruments;

(c) the creation, performance or enforcement of an indenture, declaration

of trust or power of attorney with the exception of constructive and

(d) any contract for the sale or other disposition of immovable property,
or any interest in such property;

in immovable property;

(f ) documents of title for movable or immovable property; and

(g) where such application would involve a construction of a rule of law

that is clearly inconsistent with the manifest intent of the lawmaking body

or repugnant to the context of the same rule of law:

3.—(1) Information shall not be denied legal effect, validity and

enforceability solely on the grounds of:
