The term of office of incumbent
Commissioners shall run from the date
mentioned in the Presidential Order appointing
every Commissioner in conformity with Law
no30/2007 of 16/07/2007 that was determining
the organization and functioning of the
National Commission for Human Rights.

l’Arrêté Présidentiel portant nomination de
