« Conseil » dans la présente loi.

The Council shall commence its activities
within ninety (90) days from the publication
of this Law in the Official Gazette of the
Republic of Rwanda.
Le Conseil commence ses activités dans un
délai de quatre-vingt dix (90) jours à dater de
la publication de la présente loi au Journal
Officiel de la République du Rwanda.
