(3) All call centres shall be maintained within the
country in order to ensure ease and quick resolution of
complaints owing to language and geographical familiarity.
Penalties

13. Any person who contravenes any provision of
these Regulations commits an offence and shall,on
conviction, be liable to a fine not less than five million
shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three
months or to both.

14. The Tanzania Communications (Consumer
