LESOTHO TELECOMMUNICATIONS AUTHORITY
(BROADCASTING) RULES 2004
Pursuant to section 16(2) of the Lesotho Telecommunications Authority Act, 2000 1 , the
Authority makes the following Rules:
PART I
PRELIMINARY
Citation and commencement
1.
These Rules may be cited as the Broadcasting Rules, 2004 and shall come into
operation on the date of publication in the Gazette.
Interpretation
2.
In these Rules any word to which a meaning has been assigned in the Act, shall
have that meaning and unless the context otherwise requires
