community.

17. Categories of Broadcasting Service Licenses
1.

Categories of broadcasting
licenses shall be the following:

service

a/ terrestrial to air free radio broadcasting service;
b/ terrestrial to air freetelevision broadcasting service;
c/

satellite radio broadcasting service;

d/

satellite
service;

television

broadcasting

provided to customers for fee;

receiving and broadcasting forergn
programs to customers for fee;

18. Requirement of License

1/ T”—¨<U c¨< ŸvKYM×’< ¾waÉ"eƒ
ðnÉ dÃcÖ¨< uwaÉ"eƒ ›ÑMÓKAƒ
Y^ Là SWT^ƒ ›Ã‹MU::

1/ No person may undertake broadcasting
service without obtaining a broadcasting
service license from the Authority.

2/ ›”É vKðnÉ u›”É ðnÉ Ÿ›”É
Tc^Ý ×u=Á uLà TssU ›Ã‹MU::

2/ A broadcasting service licensee may not
operate more than one broadcasting
station with one license.
