Any person who does not comply with an

order issued by the Tribunal under subsection (6), shall commit an
offence.

No appeal shall lie against any decision made by the Tribunal following a
settlement reached with the consent of the parties or their
representatives.

60.

Immunity
(1)
Notwithstanding the Public Officers’ Protection Act, where any
action has been entered before a Court pursuant to any act done by any
authorised officer in the execution of his duties under this Act or any
regulations made under it, and it appears to the Court that there was
reasonable cause to do such act, the Court shall so declare and thereafter
the authorised officer shall be immune from all proceedings, whether civil
or criminal, on account of such act.
(2)

No liability, civil or criminal shall attach to the Commissioner in respect of
any act which he may have done or omitted to do in good faith in the
execution or purported execution of his duties or powers under this Act or
regulations made under it.

61.

Offences and penalties
(1) Any person who contravenes this Act shall commit an offence.
(2)

Where no specific penalty is provided for an offence, the person

shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding 200,000 rupees and to
imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years.
