akayisaba kohereza abandi bakandida
basimbura abatemejwe na Sena.
In case the Senate does not approve one or
several candidate Commissioners, the
President of the Senate shall inform the
Government within a period not exceeding
fifteen (15) days, and request for the
submission of other candidates to replace
those who are not approved.
Lorsque le Sénat n’a pas approuvé un ou
plusieurs candidats Commissaires, le Président
du Sénat en informe le Gouvernement dans un
délai ne dépassant pas quinze jours (15) jours,
et lui demande de présenter envoyer d’autres
candidats pour remplacer ceux qui n’ont pas
été approuvés.

be four (4) years which may be renewable
