That our Sherifian Majesty,
Considering the Constitution, particularly Articles 26 and 58,
HAS DECIDED THE FOLLOWING:
Law No. 2 00 on Copyright and Related Rights, as adopted by the House of Counselors and
the House of Representatives, is enacted and shall be published in the Official Gazette
following this Dahir.

First Article
The terms used in this Law and their different alternatives shall have the following meanings:
(1) The “author” means the natural person who has created the work; any reference in this
