concerned,
as
contemplated
in
paragraph (ii) of
this sub-section.
(c) the parties to the
proceedings shall be
entitled to (i)
reply to or comment
on any submissions
of a legal or
technical
nature
made by or on
behalf
of
the
Authority; and;
(iii)
reply
to
or
comment on any
written
submissions
on
factual
matters
made by or on
behalf
of
the
Authority,
and
cross-examine any
person who gives
oral evidence on
factual matters on
behalf
of
the
Authority.
(3) No member or employee of
the Authority shall be held personally
liable for any act or default of the
Authority done or omitted bona fide in
the course of carrying out the
responsibilities and functions of, or
exercising the power conferred upon
the Authority.
