the Registrar of Copyrights appointed under
the repealed Act shall be deemed to be the
Registrar for the purposes o f this Act, tmtil
the expily of his o r her term of office or a
Registrar is appointed under this Act,
whichever is earlier; and
(e) any penalty, forfeiture o r punishment
incurred in respect o f any offence committed
under the repealedAct shall continue to be
enforceable as if this Act had not been
enacted.
