(e) require a person found in the building or
premises to give such information as he or
she may have relating to a purpose
specified in this Act;
(f) carry out such examination, test or analysis
within . the building or premises as is
required to give effect to any provision of
this Act;
(g) take instant photographs where any
examination, test or analysis under
paragraph (f) is carried out in the building
or premises; and
(h) do such other things as the Centre may
delegate to it to give effect to this Act.
(3) A person who obstructs a copyright inspector in the
performance of his or her d uties commits an offence and
is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding fifty
thousand dalasis or imprisonment for a term not
exceeding two years or to both fine and imprisonment.
Anti-piracy
devices
59. ( 1 ) The Centre has power, with the approval of the
Secretary of State, to prescribe any design, label, mark,
impression or any other anti-piracy device for use on, in
or in connection with any work which is protected under
this Act .
