Annual report and other reports
80.  (1)  The Board shall within one month after the receipt of the audit
report, submit an annual report to the Minister covering the activities and
the operations of the Registry for the year to which the report relates.
(2)  The annual report shall include the report of the Auditor-General.
(3)  The Minister shall, within one month after the receipt of the
annual report, submit the report to Parliament with a statement that the
Minister considers necessary.
(4)  The Board shall also submit to the Minister any other reports
which the Minister may require in writing.
Resolution of disputes
81.  (1)  The Agency shall establish a dispute resolution process for the
determination of the following disputes
(a)	 a dispute between or among different licence holders,
(b)	 a dispute between a licence holder and a consumer, and
(c)	 a dispute between the Domain Name Registry of Ghana and
any licence holder or applicant for a licence.
(2)  One or more parties to a dispute may refer the dispute to the
Agency.
(3)  The Agency may by legislative instrument make regulations on
the manner and procedure for the resolution of disputes.
Appeal Tribunal
Establishment of the Information Communication Technology Tribunal
82.  (1)  There is established by this Act an appeal tribunal, known as
the Information Communication Technology Tribunal referred to in this
Act as “the Tribunal”.
(2)  The Tribunal shall be convened on an adhoc basis to consider an
appeal
(a)	 against a decision or order made by the Agency,
(b)	 on a particular matter under a licence, and
(c)	 on a decision of the Dispute Resolution Committee.
Composition of the Tribunal
83.	 (1)  The Tribunal consists of
(a)	 a chairperson who is either a retired Justice of the Superior
Court or a lawyer of at least fifteen years standing who has
experience in electronic communication law, policy and
