The Supreme Administrative Court adjudicates challenges against the Commission’s
decisions pertaining to referenda, presidential and parliamentary elections, and their
results. Challenges against local elections are to be filed before the Administrative

employment of its staff are specified by law.
It is to be consulted about bills and regulations pertaining to its field of operation.
