National Security Entities Including the Presidency, the Ministry of Interior and the National Security Authority. 21. Rescue and Emergency Telecommunication Services: Including ambulance, police, civil defense and fire department. Article 2 – General compliance for the provision of Telecommunication Services Telecommunication Services shall be in compliance with the following rules: 1. Publicity of information 2.
