Article 65
All Congolese are held to loyally fulfill their obligations concerning the State. They
have, likewise, the duty to pay their taxes and duties.

Article 66
All Congolese have the duty to respect and to treat their fellow citizens without any
discrimination and to maintain relations with them that permit the safeguarding, the
promotion, and the strengthening of the national unity, and of reciprocal respect and
tolerance.
They have, in addition, the duty to preserve and to reinforce the national solidarity,
singularly when it is threatened.

Article 67
All Congolese have the duty to protect the public property, assets and interests and
to respect the property of others.
